Dumb-ass he's not. He was talking about a dumb-ass. BUT, people that just aren't funny should know better when not to tell a joke. As for the media they wouldn't know a joke if it was choking them, so wouldn't ya know that those dumb-asses made it even worst & only carried the half of it. Just like the "Dean Scream".
