Glad to help the fitness regime, try gentle aerobic exercises to Sweet Minerva ,paint brush strokes to lament! I actually use a Cara CD to while away the ironing (sorry about punctuation before now but I must have hit 'overtype'somewhere and can't get it to stop )

Must be decorating season - Lindas' husband is working on their hall, stairs and landing this month. Wish some one would come and do mine it's all too tall for me.

Back to the CD, which tracks do you replay most? just to give us an idea of what works best...there are a lot to chose from! I actually like Blue remembered hills - Lindas words are simply amazing...
