I have just looked at 100 out of 194 photographs of Getaway and didn't see Amos in any of them!!!!

You don't suppose he was in jail again, do you? It would just hurt Mom so deeply if he was back selling "French post cards" and those awful little rubber novelties that never work. I'm sure she would rather that he was simply lying drunk in the gutter, as usual.
