And those flaws have been fixed by the amendment process that the Framers were wise enough to put in place (and also wisely made rather difficult) Are you advocating that we further amend our consitution to allow "whoever feels like it" to vote? Is that the way it works in the UK? Or anywhere? Or are you just taking an egregious shot at the Framers of the constitution, for being people of their time & place?
