According to the data at HAPLR this Library where I'm at ranks Number One, Numero Uno, in the state of Idaho for cities with a population of 50,000 and up. And that includes Boise.

Within the states of MT, CA, OR, WA, and NV we're 17th for cities in the 50,000 population category (no way I can go mano-a-mano with, say, Seattle or SF!).
