I would suggest, if it is that loud, that you may have bent the blade or misaligned the hub, and you should have it repaired BEFORE using it some more.

If that sucker lets go because a bolt shears due to unplanned for torque at an angle, you don't want your shapely ankles anywhere in the throwing radius unless you have extraordinarily fast jumping reflexes.
