I want to form a band.

The idea is that I will sing and play a nylon strung acoustic.

I will be supported by a big old mexican stand up double bass with fat nylon strings, and a drummer who in my mind will have a couple of bins and a kitchen sink.

The lead instrumentalist is a piano accordion player.

We have all been doing folk and folk rock for years, and I fancy a change while they seem pretty open minded and trusting of my "vision".

I'm thinking something a bit raw with a jazzy tip. Elements of Tom Waits spring to mind.
