It wont happen, if it does noone will go anywhere because it will be financially impossible

Everything would cost much more

Businesses would go under

Kids wont go to school

Teachers wont be able to afford to go to work

I cant ever see it coming to pass

If so

Life will slow to a standstill and there will be economic ruin

and the day of the horse will return
