May her pension provider go into liquidation, may her health insurance company go into liquidation, may she be left to the health service she ruined, may she be denied treatment on the cost effectiveness ("internal market") principles she imposed on it - may she reap in return the suffering she imposed on others, and may she suffer for each person she made to suffer.

If (and I am not convinced) we needed to deal with Pinochet in Thatcher's election campaign (oh, sorry, Falklands War) then when we had used him, we should have never have regarded ourselves as beholden to him.
