As bad as the old thug was, and I for one will not lament his death, by the standards of the 20th Century, he was not too bad. He sent thousands to their deaths, not millions. He was still a bad man, but he was a creature of United States foreign policy. Without the CIA and Pentagon, there would have been no coup.
