Hi Mike & Tawmmie, have a great cruise. Tawmmie, you deserve it, Mike's just along to see that you're gonna have a good time, after all he's just been sucking up wind for the past 2 months. TWO MONTHS, gezzzzze, Tawmmie I hope you're going on a long cruise, keep Mike active. Those muscles of his really need to be active & Mike as a former long time bedridden layabout your muscles do really need to be stretched & pulled to keep them pliable & toned & in shape. Now I'm not gonna go into further detail here on an open forum but I don't want to see you stiffening up. (Grins, lots of grins)
