I can't fault you for aiming at a dramatic arrival in the nick of time--it seems the USPS and the OZ postal folks (whatever they're called) managed an 11th hour delivery for me. Whew! Anyway, we shall see. But I just took a look at my frozen front porch (it's well after midnight and is now Christmas Eve) and there is nothing out there delivered when I was out this evening.

I've stopped baking for now, and I'm taping The Man Who Came to Dinner to watch tomorrow. . .
