The mostly masterful writing of the Constitution and the Bill Of Rights fell short, it seems to me, in Amendment II. Strongly-opinioned debates have gone on for decades as to what the amendment denotes and implies, and as to its application for contemporary situations having to do with keeping and bearing arms.
