We had a very enjoyable evening with about 25 audience members which, given the size of the pub, was enough to create a jolly atmosphere.

Both trios played strongly. Peter, Gordon and Mick work together extremely well. Their voices blend nicely & the choice of material was exemplary.

Three Score & Ten were also on top form. Musically more traditional in style than P G & M, they also gave us a couple of Abbey firsts: a jig doll performance (extraorinary!) and an omniphone (a kind of electric autoharp, I think, with a very otherworldly sound).

So, as you see, it was a top night. We've got a really decent line-up of folk & acoustic music coming up. I 'll keep you all posted!
