I've noticed that in a lot of films and TV shows from the US that many apartments in city tower blocks don't seem to have, let alone use, curtains. Is this just lazy set dressing or are all Americans exhibitionists?

Many of theses apartments and offices seem to come equiped with large telescopes, are all Americans voyeurs?

Finally, I've noticed that in US films and TV shows there seems to be a growing trend for women to go to bed, sleep and have sex with their bras firmly in place. Is this a growing trend (cf the single beds of the Hays Code) and are all Americans prudes?
