A question came up on this pair of permathreads from the other one, so I am refreshing this to remind people it exists.

Touring performers - If you post your dates here way in advance, you may get some additional bookings as venues realize you are going to be around, in enough time to fit you into their schedules. It would seem to be a win-win situation.

If more of you use this thread, then it will become more useful and people will know to look here for the info.

Fidjit - thanx. I bookmarked it for personal use, but I am not going chasing listings. Venues need to say they want to be listed (on the other permathread).

Performers - If I happen to find out that you are touring, do you want me to list that info here? Do not count on my finding out without telling me.
