Brett, I know when I am sorely disappointed about something that I have my heart set on, esp. work related, what I need is to know that Rog hears what I am saying, no matter if I am venting or whining. If I don't think I am being heard then I will definitely lash out at him, whether it is justified or not. So...being an attentive listener, for the moment, (and brunt of her anger) might be just what she needs. Just try not to take it personally.
