Surely, the whole point is that water is an " essential" to everyday living, and therefore,as a Utility,it should NOT,under any cicumstances ,be under the control of the Private Sector,which,of course,will always put profits & dividends before any ideas of public service.?? What CRETIN put OUR water supply in the hands of French & German speculators ???One thing is for sure---as long as the status quo is maintained, the hosepipe/reservoir/leaking pipe situation will only get WORSE....So PUT UP,SHUT UP ---or RISE UP !!!!!!!
