I think every baby born should automatically have a DNA swab. Paternity should be established at birth. It will cause problems and it will prevent problems and it might cause people to be more careful in their alliances. But a child has a right to know who her father is and a father has a right to know who his child is and the biological father has a lifetime of obligations, even if someone else raises his child. mg
