I'd quite like to know
(a) location (within about 50 miles would do, 100 miles if USA)
(b) outside daytime temperature
(c) inside daytime temperature (with the gas fire on, and temperature stabilised)
(d) outside night temperature
(e) inside night temperature (without the gas fire on)
(f) inside night temperature (with the gas fire on and temperature stabilised).
(g) is there a chimney/grate other than the one the gas fire uses
(h) are there pets/children present (this affects the viability of various types of heating).
(i) what types of bedding are available - and are there additional sleeping bags available.


I do rather get the feeling that we are flapping around without essential facts here...
