Good thing I'm not drinking or you would all have me in tears. They ( some company I can't even pronounce the name.) came about an hour ago and removed all our clothing . From bet sheets to g-strings. The fellow in charge said that it looks that at least 85% will be a write off. there is some fancy machine now taking out the stink till next Tuesday. Friend of mine coming tomorrow do do an estimate for the insurance to rip and reconstruct the up stairs. Any way, things are starting to move. Yes we are staying in the house. But it is ( how should I put it.)I guess 2 houses in one. The part hit was built in 1860 and the second part probably 1920's. The one built later is where we have set up our sleeping quarters. it has the laundry room a small bathroom my music room and Judy's craft room. This will be home for a while. In the older section the fire was contained in the upper part of the house. The downstairs smells like hell but we can use the kitchen facilities.
