FDR had a large majority in both the House and Senate. Together they passed piece after piece of un-constitutional Socialist legislation. That pesky Supreme Court threw out many of the bills, prompting FDR to propse increasing the size of the SC until he had his Socialist majority. FDR's abuse of power ranks with Lincoln and Lyndon Johnson, with only Lincoln having good cause.
