Capitalism assumes

1) raw materials will never run out
2) the market for processed goods is infinite
3) 2 implies that there will always be some sucker to buy the junk - just how many refrigerators does one person need?
4) if the market is saturated, then you make the products last less time....
5) you can then flog the more shoddy product to suckers more often as it wears out faster...
60 all this broken stuff can be dumped - and the size of the dump is infinite...
