What the hell is she doing with her hand?

I can't figure out how she can 1) bend it this direction or 2) what game the camera is playing or if 3) she has some strange double-jointed condition I've never heard about? (Not that I care, but I was flipping through a slide show of the Grammy folks and this turned up).
