Regarding the lines you quoted, these are a standard part of the children's {usually handclap rhyme} "Miss Suzie" {or "Miss Lucy", or "Miss Molly"} Had A Steamboat {tugboat}". Like many children's recreational rhymes, "Miss Suzie" is composed by stringing together a number of different versions, some of which can be found in other rhymes, or recited independently. Several lines found in "Miss Suzie Had A Steamboat" children rhymes will be familiar to those folks who know the "Bang Bang Rosie" adult rhymes.

(and then theres something else that i dont remmeber. possibly something abouyt a kid that plays basketball....*fuzzy memory*...)
