As it turned out, when looking up the origins of names, we found that Jennifer and Winifred were actually more closely linked, both being derivations of Guinevere.

My second name Dorothy was the name of my aunt, a nursing sister who owned a private hospital. I was born there - she delivered me. So I was named after her.
