My buddy pulled up to a red light in Montreal. He stopped. Started looking for something in the glove box. Looke up, the light was still red. He kept looking. Looked up, the light was still red. Started looking once more. He was startled by a knock on the driver window. There was a police officer. He rolled the window down. "Yes, sir?" Cop says, "You have sat here through five light changes. Try to make the next one." My buddy was so flustered he stepped on the gas and went--right through a red light. He looked in the rear view expecting to see the cherries flashing. Insted, there was the cop with his hand on his brow shaking his head.
