I suspect it must be a Google thing, no such feature yet in my mudcat drafts. Unless..maybe you get it along with the secret inner circle decoder ring pack ;-)

Speaking of spellcheck shortcomings the one at my last place of work didn't know the word internet (despite being connected to it, and a Microsoft product) moreover it wouldn't let it be added to the dictionary.
