Down here, in the South West of England, the Postal service are a little slow on the uptake of where a place is, I, for instance live in Whitstone, which is definately over the border in Cornwall, however, my postal address is Holsworthy Devon. I suspect that this is the case with Dulverton, that it may well be the postal address Dulverton Devon rather than the actual physical address. An easy mistake to make and George, I suspect not your fault, Thanks for letting us know its happening anyway! I am looking forward to meeting you at Miskin.
