Well, the Idaho Legion wants to know if it should stand down from its current state of Absolute And Complete Readiness To Repel Canadians and go back to its usual state of Absolute and Complete Readiness To Drink With Canadians or some sort of half-way mode of being willing to drink with normally repellent Canadians.
