Greg has recorded over 15 albums and was instrumental in
the creation of Red House Records. Greg sings a wide variety
of styles tht first song, Canned Goods is a wonderful one.
Many of his songs feature rural life, family, and fishing.
His shows almost always sell out. He has been on Prairie Home Companion for many years and has introduced audiences to
many other great musicians by having others tour with him
and open for him. These others were Garnet Rogers, Kelly
Joe Phelps, Kate Campbell, Bo Ramsey, Karen Savoca and Pete Heitzmann, and others. One of the charities he has worked
with is an Oregon project which combines a senior housing
with an orphanage.
