Yes,there really is a Swiss Navy -----of sorts !! It is a bit like the Canadian set-up, more part of a combined military force,rather than a traditional navy. The Swiss operate a fleet of 10 (2006) military patrol boats on lakes Konstanz,Lucerne & Geneva. Whether or not anyone has ever been sea-sick in one of said vessels, history does not record, but I imagine that the potential is there----"over the stern on lake Lucerne " or "The green heaver of lake Geneva " --" mess your pants on lake Konstanz"......
