I've had some time on Omeprazole too, it worked for me, but it's horses for courses Kendall.

I was told to eat little and often, rather than a big meal with lots of time between... I discovered it was a positive boon to be a nibbler. Sitting up straight and stretching out the stomach muscles helped me too.
