Developed Barrets Asophagus after Acute pancreatitis 'way back in 1969. deliberately altered plumbing involving the bile duct resulted in constant over-acidity, and the problem with Barrets. A continuous and ongoing regime of nexium and now pariet [with one or two "gullet-stretches"] has brought great and lasting relief.
