Cable. I get my TV and Internet from the same company and get a "bundled" saviings of 15% on the total (I could also get my cell phone with them and get 15% off that too).

I find the cable very reliable. My Bro has had DSL since Xmas with Aliant Telephone (NBTel) and he has had nothing but headaches. I am serious... one after another.. and his son is the head high tech whiz for a very large company. Still can't get things sorted.
