Guess it depends on your area, Ivan. When DSL first started being installed it was a complete configuration nightmare, but that has been settled out pretty much. I never saw any major glitches from cable; once in a while something would pop up and be fixed inside of four hours. As to "too fast" I can't imagine what that might mean in this day of video transfers and megabyte files.
