Both barium and aluminum oxide in high quantities are detrimental to human health. If the reports are correct, the amounts that were/are being sprayed are too high.

Are you a biochemist? Kindly define (with academic references) what quantaties are being sprayed and what is considered to be reasonable levels and why.
