There's United States ex rel. Mayo v. Satan and His Staff, U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania, 54 F.R.D. 282, 1971:

The courst ruled, in part,

...We note that the plaintiff has failed to include with his complaint the required form of instructions fo the U. S. Marshal for directions as to service of process....

There was also Lodi v. Lodi, Court of Appeals of California, third Appellate District, 173 Ca. App. 3d 628; 219 CAl. Rptr. 117 (1985) in which Oreste Lodi sued himself. The Court dismissed the appeal and required each party to bear his own cost.

Christy Bros. Circus v. Turnage, Court of Appeals of Georgia, 38 Ga. App. 581; 144 S.E. 680, 1928, in which the circus was sued because a "...horse evacuated his bowels into [the Plaintiff's] lap...."

And to disprove any nationalism on my part:

Dickes v. Fenne, King's Bench, Michaelmas Term, 15 Charles II,
82 E.R. 411; March, N.R. 60 (1640):

...The defendant having communication with some of the customers of the plaintiff, who was a brewer, said, the he would give a peck of malt to his mare, and she should piss as good beer as Dickes doth brew....
