I had a much-loved and intelligent friend who told me she didn't believe all the rubbish about smoking harming your health. Intelligent, yes, but she, like anyone, has the ability to dismiss what we don't want to hear, regardless of the facts. After several bouts of verigo and extreme breathlessness, she was told she had an enlarged heart due to years of chain smoking. The doctor told her to give up smoking or die. She carried on smoking, at a reduced level. Two years later she was dead.

So regardless of poor, blatant advertising and pigeon English, unfortunately there is still work to be done.
