Subject: RE: BS: Testing Blue Clickey Creator
McGrath of H- I don't quite get it either. Now I got detailed instructions, which I thought that I followed from Joe Offer's HTML thread, and created a "Blue Clicky Thing" to some guitar pick-ups that I really like, (on the thread titled "Acoustic vs. Electric". But when I saw the results, the link was in PURPLE, not blue!! My question, is there a difference? The purple link goes where I wanted, but no one ever talks about "purple clicky things". Did I do something wrong or different. I know you can't see the HTML, but the only thing I can think of is that I didn't put in the """"s around the Pick-up the World address. Is it my browser? Are purple and blue interchangable? Also, one of my responses to that thread was inexplicably cut off, and my question went unanswered. When I pasted the stuff per Joe Offer's instructions, all the HTML <>HREF//==::/>?< and all that were still on my browser, which was a little disconcerting. But when the page went up, it worked like it was supposed to! Does all this stuff ACTUALLY have to go out onto the web before it takes effect? Just call me another Little Neophyte if you will. Sorry but I'm learning as I go. Many thanks. BleuCheesetodayJay
