Now the Coast Guard is being privatized by Lockheed and I believe Grumman. The corporations have taken over the decision making from the actual Coast Guard as to what and how ships etc. will be produced. The Coast Guard is now in an advisory capacity.

Blackwater and CACI are privatizing the military. We're paying taxes for that.

The true Libertarian has no problem with this. And much of this privatization can be laid at the feet of the Reagan Devolution. (Mourning in America).
