As a point of reference, a 12 ounce can of regular, classic, Coca Cola has 160 calories. It's on the label, at least in the US. Fountain drinks can vary because the syrup dispenser make be out of whack, but you can pretty much figure the same. Ice, of course, will dilute the drink and hence the more ice the fewer calories -- ice also displaces drink. It's quite possible that a 16 ounce drink with a lot of ice contains less than 8 ounces of soda.
