It took me a couple of tries to even begin to figure things out on SL. I second CarolC's emotion, that having someone get you going is helpful, and, in my case, essential! You just need the very basics to be able to enjoy music there....things like clothing for your avatar, etc...lol. Seriously, get some help finding live music (search/events/live music (via pull down). The time is US Pacific (California) time, so adjust for your zone. Go and listen (teleport) to a few, just watch and listen. My guess is you will soon be dancing, too.

(search for me - dwditty, and I am happy to help anyway I can. Just don't ask me to fly, though. It is a very un-bluesy thing to do, IMHO.
