To quote Peace...."ABTW, Canada couldn't even begin to compete with the USA which spent over 50% of the whole world's budget on its military and their doings. That is, it spent more than all other countries in the world combined. Canada's approximately one billion dollar expenditure pales in comparison"..... Who said Canada is 'competing' with the USA. Heck, nobody could compete with that budget ! Im not even sure what that point is supposed to mean. Were talking about poverty, not the war machine.
