I believe I mentioned our spring weather? We're under a tornado watch until midnight tonight and the weather radar is showing a band of storms approaching from the west that has a core with pink and white--up into the heaviest rain levels the radar can register. This is going to be a messy storm blowing across, but at least it looks like it is running east to west. When they do the "railroad" thing, all of the parts of the storm passing along the same line so you get hit again and again, that is when flooding is more problematic. Either of these are storms you don't want to have pass over the top of Main Street. The extended outlook through next Thursday shows partly cloudy Wednesday and a few clouds on Thursday, in the high 70s. A lot can change between now and then, but at least it looks like a pleasant start to the event.
