Thanks so much to all who have posted. It really feels good to read stuff about my mom, talk about her, and keep her around some more. She loved to talk about her trips to Fox Hollow,and all the music and friends. We sang alot together over the last 6 months, and that was fun for both of us. She had that magic phrasing( that I've been trying to get right for so long) right up to the end. For a little woman, she left some mighty big shoes to fill. Lucky for me, she was my teacher for my whole life. I'm still learning some crucial stuff from my mom, and doing my best to pass it on to my girls, so the apple won't fall too far from the tree.
