No Spaw, I haven't been to Tall Stacks, haven't even been to the Derby in person (even though I have to pause at about 5:30 on the first Saturday in May and sing "My Old Kentucky Home").Back to the ships...did the tall ships sail up the Mississippi and Ohio Rivers back in the summer of 1976 for the Bicentennial celebrations? (Hate to admit it, but I'm YOUR AGE!) I know a replica of the Mayflower sailed up the Ohio River past my friend's house in Henderson. Maybe Art can tell us...how can these wooden boats do this? Did I read somewhere that as long as they don't carry passengers it's legal?
