She once suggested to Helen Creighton, who had "collected" the eventually-famous "Nova Scotia Song" (Farewell to Nova Scotia), that that song was derived from a certain Scottish song (Banks of Jeddore?), and Helen Creighton, upon looking into it, decided Her Majesty was right. (Or maybe Ms. Creighton just wanted to keep her head on her shoulders ... ).
