Friends, strangers, and cautious neutrals, I am of mixed minds about this (and what else is new?) but I am going to sharply trim my MudCat time for a while.

The reason is that thanks to my friends on the 'Cat, an eight-year old writing project, badly stalled, has taken on some new life and may in fact bid fair for completion after all this time!! As I am expecting a full set of edits to arrive tomorrw I will be withdrawing into the writer's hole at the back of my place in every spare minute until I have wrassled this bar down.

I have arranged for other voices to operate my fiction chracters in these parts, and the swelling ranks of the Song Challenge participants will certainly ensure these stay full of high zest and exuberant scansions...and that the Gaelic Goddess and all the other luscious cyberlasses of the Cat get their fair share of winks, nods, and flatterin' charm...I am sure Big Mick could help here. :>).
