Are you saying its easier to enfore the laws about immigration than it is to enforce the laws about hiring illegals?

Sounds to me that the problem is enforcement, not immigration. If the enforcement were focussed on the employer, there would be a lot less illegal immigration. Its a matter of political will.

In other words, as long as business interests control the government, what you and I think is best, doesn't matter.
